Lisa Tenan is Chief Operations Officer with Earley & Associates.
Lisa Tenan has twenty years of consulting experience and has joined our team over the last year as our Program Manager. Her experience began with nine years working for one of the world’s largest firms where she was acknowledged by the Office Managing Partner for outstanding client service and gained a reputation for success with the most challenging and difficult projects. The last twelve years have been spent performing consulting and program/project management to C-level executives and running multiple projects consisting of teams of 100+ plus people. Her focus over the last decade has been on process improvement and assisting her clients in achieving greater profitability and has held positions as the Director of Planning and Control. She frequently is hired by the Board of Directors or CEO to turn around failing projects and has been recognized by a global vendor for leading their 2nd best implementation out of 10,000 companies based on speed of implementation and customer adoption.
Lisa is extremely well respected and recognized for her overall problem solving ability. She achieved her CPA and is an excellent mentor and leader.
