Responsible for developing strategies to help great brands think differently about the customer experience across the healthcare world of Providers, Payers, and Life Science Organizations in an ever-dynamic, digital world. Develops solutions and services to help businesses re-imagine the patient experience as disruptive technology improves the quality and speed of care. Brings strategy and execution together across digital and real world channels to help clients design and deliver exceptional customer experiences that build customer loyalty, advocacy and better health outcomes. Michael has lead a full-service team of strategists, designers and technology experts, who help companies turn ideas into transformational digital businesses. His goal is to bring deep industry and customer experience expertise to understand an organization’s complex business challenges by developing customized solutions to enable businesses to achieve new revenue growth, while achieving the desired health outcome for their patients.
Prior to joining Teletech Michael work for Genpact in their global life science’s practice. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry working for Novartis, Johnson & Johnson and Merck. He received his BA in Psychology from Montclair State University.
