Earley & Associates seeks a part-time (approximately 20 hours a week), business development and account manager to help us continue on our trajectory growth rate. The right person will work primarily from their home location, although some face-to-face sales work is necessary when required. The position can grow into a full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads generated from our telemarketing and marketing activities to identify and follow-up on the most promising prospects for our services
- Identify and qualify additional prospects from a wide range of enterprise companies
- Set up meetings between our consultants and qualified prospects to discuss prospective projects
- Obtain and respond to all RFPs, continually moving our proposal through to win the job
- Work/communicate both internally and within client’s organization throughout the project to assess client’s satisfaction and identify additional projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years experience in consultative selling in B2B environment.
- Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work independently and set own priorities and tasks
- Possess the core competencies and behaviors of a business development manager including: understanding customer needs, articulating Earley& Associates benefits, closing sales and maintaining customer relationships, and leveraging leads into sales
- Some travel is required where appropriate
