Business Development & Account Manager

Earley & Associates seeks a part-time (approximately 20 hours a week), business development and account manager to help us continue on our trajectory growth rate. The right person will work primarily from their home location, although some face-to-face sales work is necessary when required.  The position can grow into a full-time employment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads generated from our telemarketing and marketing activities to identify and follow-up on the most promising prospects for our services
  • Identify and qualify additional prospects from a wide range of enterprise companies
  • Set up meetings between our consultants and qualified prospects to discuss prospective projects
  • Obtain and respond to all RFPs, continually moving our proposal through to win the job
  • Work/communicate both internally and within client’s organization throughout the project to assess client’s satisfaction and identify additional projects

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in consultative selling in B2B environment.
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, who can also work  independently and  set own priorities and tasks
  • Possess the core competencies and behaviors of a business development manager  including:  understanding customer needs, articulating Earley& Associates benefits, closing sales and maintaining customer relationships, and leveraging leads into sales
  • Some travel is required where appropriate
