Regional Account Manager – Full Time

Earley & Associates is hiring additional regional account managers on the west coast (preferably California), mid-west (preferably Texas) and east coast.  Our lead generation is very strong and this is a key position and offers opportunities for advancement based on performance and results.  

The right candidate will have a proven track record with consultative selling of professional services to mid-to-upper-level executives in the B2B market. You’ll work with named accounts as well as prospect for new opportunities.

Qualifications include the proven ability to:

  • Sell solution consulting services, preferably to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Work with existing clients to expand opportunities
  • Seek out and identify new business opportunities, and initiate communication with decision makers to assess their needs and to sell our services
  • Build relationships and identify business problems that can be solved with our services
  • Respond to proposals and create statements of work (SOWs) for projects
  • Follow-up and close business
  • Communicate both up and down within organizations
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Work in team environments
  • Document sales activities in SalesForce
  • Work independently from your home office
  • Travel to onsite locations as required

Other desired qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of Content Management is a plus
  • 3-5 years related work experience
  • 3+ years in selling and account development role
  • Track record of sales activity and success
  • Proven ability to maintain sales activity
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Tools

Compensation is base plus variable comp based upon sales results.
