Alix Kneifel

Alix Kneifel has over 20 years’ experience in Information Management and works both as a subject matter expert and project manager on projects that range from Enterprise Content Management (ECM) strategy to deployment. In addition, Alix has extensive experience in solutions architecture for, Enterprise Information Architecture (Metadata and Taxonomy), Information Lifecycle Management, Identity Management, Access Control, and UX projects. 

Prior to Earley & Associates, she was instrumental in establishing formal information lifecycle management and governance programs for unstructured data at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Alix was a subject matter expert for the development of the AIIM Information Certification. She holds a Master’s degree in Design Futures (i.e. Product and System Architecture) from University of London, UK; a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Processes; and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

She has presented at industry conferences and authored papers, including Getting Collaboration and Records Environments to Play Together: Enabling Better Retrieval of Documentation, AIIM International Conference INFO 360, 2009.
