Cathy Snow

Cathy Snow is an accomplished project and technology manager with over 20 years of experience, as well as an Information Architect with a passion for problem-solving. She has worked as a business process analyst and in program, project and product management for the public sector as well as for high-tech companies such as Microsoft, Panasonic Avionics and AT&T Wireless, with responsibilities and leadership across the full system development lifecycle.

Cathy’s communication and negotiation skills have been instrumental in her success as a cross-functional leader and in managing business processes and objectives in a highly technical environment. Her colleagues and clients regard her as bright, energetic, focused and solution-oriented.

Ms. Snow earned her MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington, and a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
