Dan Taylor

Daniel Taylor is a dynamic and innovative Information Management professional with a unique combination of strong technical, business and domain knowledge. He is an experienced Program Manager and leader of technical solutions and service delivery teams, and a Digital Asset Management (DAM) strategist. Prior to Earley & Associates, Dan was VP of Technology, Digital Media Management and Director of Digital Asset Management Solutions at RR Donnelley, setting technical strategy for a $180mm business unit, while managing a team of 30 Professional Services experts and a team of 20-40 offshore development, support, and QA resources. Directly responsible for managing and maintaining adherence to mission critical SLA commitments with clients.

Mr. Taylor has extensive domain knowledge in Digital Asset Management systems, multi-channel publishing, photography workflows, and automated publishing systems. He has managed DAM engagements in process mapping, on-boarding technical solutions, training, workflow setup, solution customization, and client’s system integration projects. He often participates in and manages discovery sessions to analyze opportunities to define, quantify, and reach agreement on client requirements.
