Jill Grant

Gillian Grant holds a dual Masters in Library Science and Information Technology with a concentration in Knowledge Management from Drexel University and has 12+ years of field experience. In 2001, she went to work for Deloitte Consulting in a newly formed global knowledge management group. With a focus on infrastructure, she developed database and portal requirements, created workflows and processes for content management. Her background eventually lead to spearheading  multiple enterprise wide initiatives for both Deloitte Consulting and Tax that focused on database and portal design, content migration and portal implementation initiatives.

In her final role at Deloitte, Jill was the Chief of Staff to the Tax Knowledge Services team in Deloitte Tax. Working with Tax leadership, Jill built a presence in India to support the Deloitte Tax intranet, created content acquisition and knowledge sharing strategies, centralized content management services and developed an online learning program that could be a cost saving alternative to live training.
