Kate Pugh has 16 years of consulting and seven years of industry experience in the healthcare, energy, information technology, and financial services sectors.  She has consulted with Monitor Group, Oliver Wyman (Mercer Management), PwC /IBM and Dialogos, Inc.  Sample clients include AstraZeneca, Fidelity, Fleishman-Hillard, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Mitokine Bioscience, Motorola, and State Farm.  She co-founded and launched the KM strategy practice with PwC/IBM, and led or co-led dozens of KM strategy initiatives.

Throughout her years of experience, Ms. Pugh has held leadership positions in industry with Intel Corporation, JPMorgan, and Fidelity. She launched and ran Fidelity Personal and Workplace Investments KM program, co-managed Intel Solution Services’ Knowledge and Process Management Group, and initiated and ran the JPMorganChase’s Finance Portal Program for 4,000 users.

Published in the Harvard Business Review, NASA Ask Magazine, The European American Business Journal, and InPharmation, Ms. Pugh is an articulate writer.  She has lectured or workshopped at MIT Sloan School of Management, Babson University, Center for Business Intelligence, and CPSquare. And, she is a member of SI KM Leaders (International and Boston Chapter) and the Boston KM Forum.
