Katrina (Kate) Pugh is author of Sharing Hidden Know-How (Jossey-Bass, Wiley, 2011). She is Interim Director and Faculty member of Columbia University’s Information and Knowledge Strategy Masters of Science program, and Earley & Associates Senior Consultant, and president of AlignConsulting. She helps organizations leverage knowledge and intellectual capital through metadata strategy, knowledge-sharing facilitation, and sustainable knowledge networks. Formerly she was VP for Knowledge Management at Fidelity Investments, Senior technical Program Manager for Intel Corporation, and First VP for the Finance Knowledge Integration Team at JPMorgan Chase.
