Michael Harris
Information Architect
Mike Harris is an Information Architect at IBM. For the last several years, he has coordinated development of the Information Development taxonomy for IBM Systems and Technology Group, and worked on processes to improve the consistency and quality of the metadata related to that taxonomy. Recently, he has been working on developing standards and practice recommendations to define efficient approaches to implementing metadata with IBM Information Development. He has presented on DITA and taxonomies at the Society for Technical Communication and at DITA users groups.
