Arona brings over 15 years of experience in Services, Sales and Product Marketing for enterprise document and workflow management, collaboration, localization, content management and search, Business Intelligence platforms, Rich Internet Application, and data mining and warehousing technologies. She has brought these solutions to companies in the financial, manufacturing, telecommunications, health care, life sciences and high technology clients such as Salesforce, AT&T, UGH, General Electric and Charles Schwab.

Prior to Earley & Associates, Arona was the lead Principal Consultant for JustSystems (a leading technology provider of XML technologies) and some of the early deals with clients and partners, including IBM and BearingPoint. Prior to that, Arona was the key Sales Engineer for with Enkata Technologies (a successful provider of Business Performance Analytics and Text Classification Analytics) where she built and deployed BI solutions with custom taxonomies and classification models for telecommunications, health care and financial companies.

Arona holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from The American University in Washington, DC, and is a certified Oracle Database Administrator. She has also earned a Sales Advantage certificate from Dale Carnegie.
