Seth Earley

President & CEO , Earley & Associates

Seth has been implementing content management and knowledge management projects for over 14 years and has been in the technology field for 20 + years. He is founder of the Boston Knowledge Management Forum and co-author of Practical Knowledge Management from the IBM Press. He is former adjunct professor at Northeastern University, where he taught graduate courses in Knowledge Management Infrastructure and E Business Strategy. He was 2009 Co-Chair of the Metadata Committee, NDIIPP Education and Outreach for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS).

Stephanie Lemieux

Advisory Board Member , Earley & Associates

Stephanie has a Masters in Library and Information Studies (MLIS) from McGill University, specializing in knowledge and content management, taxonomy, and information architecture. For several years, Stephanie was the Taxonomy Practice Lead with Earley & Associates. She is now the Director of Search & Content Management at the Yellow Pages Group (Canada).

Projects she worked on while at Earley include the development of a global corporate taxonomy and its implementation in a content management system, the creation of faceted search taxonomies for large e-commerce websites, and a digital asset management taxonomy.

Richard Beatch

Ph.D. , Consultant

Richard Beatch has extensive experience in knowledge management centered around taxonomies, ontologies content architecture, and search technologies. His experience includes defining strategies around taxonomy development and usage, as well as setting enterprise wide search strategy and governance. Having developed hundreds of taxonomies for a range of clients from high-tech companies, to clients in a large financial services organization, and for one of the largest online retailers in the world, Richard consistently leverages his Ph.D. in ontology to deliver effective and scalable content and taxonomy driven solutions.
