With particular focus in the upscale eCommerce, financial services and hospitality sectors, Chris has led UX and product design efforts on both consumer and enterprise/B2B facing initiatives for top brands such as Emirates Airline, Delta Airlines, Verizon, American Express, Dubai Tourism, Avis Rental Car, Starwood Hotels, Bloomberg, Citi, JP Morgan Chase, American Express, Visa, and HP. He is also a noted speaker and expert on the convergence of UX and artificial intelligence, voice based interfaces, and conversational commerce.
