In addition, Mike works with multi-lingual services responsible for high-quality translation of content and workflow management with partner teams and translation vendors. Also content taxonomy & information architecture oversite for the implementation and structure of content in the enterprise CMS. Additionally, Mike's work focuses on content governance and semantic models, evolving them with new product lines and data sets, enabling AI and ML capabilities.

Mike's work at the University of Washington focused on information architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge management. Mike teaches both on-campus and online in the Information Management, Library Science and Informatics programs.
