As a Technical Solutions Consultant for Earley Information Science’s (EIS) Delivery organization, you will scope, design and implement solutions for issues relating to the technical architecture of client systems. Leveraging your experience alongside the best practices of our data professionals, you will help our customers find new benefits from both the tools they implement but also those they already have.
As part of the EIS project team, you will be responsible for reviewing existing client technical implementations in the context of PIM/MDM systems. You have a robust skillset at designing and problem solving how integrations between PIM/MDM and other enterprise-tier systems can be optimized to solve customer problems.
Drives complex deployments of PIM/MDM technologies while working side by side with the customers to solve their business challenges across a variety of use cases.
Able to successfully deliver on projects as the sole PIM/MDM Specialist or as part of a larger implementation team.
Mentors junior team-members and leads technical deployment teams.
Provides Technical Leadership on projects, both internal as well as external to EIS.
Travel to customer sites typically does not exceed a few days a month, but may go up for extended periods, as applicable to the customer engagement.
Knowledge & Skills
Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization who resolves wide ranges of issues in creative ways.
A technical consulting background coupled with an awareness of key PIM/MDM solutions. Expands skills and practical knowledge by routinely working with experts in the field and outside of immediate team.
Recent and demonstrable experience working with large customers and enterprise software deployment projects and a good understanding of common enterprise applications.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
The ability to explore, examine and understand complex problems at speed and understand how these relate to the customer’s business needs and project goals
Highly effective at communicating clearly to technical and business audiences, interpersonally or in presentations. Able to quickly understand and interpret customer problems and navigate complex organizations.
Education & Experience
BA/BS in Computer Science, or equivalent educational experience is required, Master’s in Computer Science is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Informatica Product 360 is required for this position.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
