Robert has been working as an Information Architect in the field of Software Design consulting for large Intranets since 1996. Robert specializes in IA and UX analysis with extensive experience in the design definition & planning aspects of web enabled software development.
He has 15 Yrs. exp. as an Information Architect and 10 yrs. as a User Experience designer with Business Analyst training and technical writing expertise for Software Design Specifications. He has helped large corporations re-define their SDLC to include IA process and documentation in a visual format utilizing MS Visio illustrations. His most recent experience includes teaching SP IA & Governance, providing clients with guidance in following MS Intranet Architecture & Design Standards, facilitating SP Governance Planning, and providing HCI Guidelines for MS .Net Custom Applications Development.
Rob has senior level UX Design skills in the areas of IA, site map, page layout, and site template design. He specializes in creative problem solving for Business Applications, Navigation Systems, Interaction Design, Site Structure, and Wireframes documentation. He creates design docs that describe proposed functionality in a visual format which serves as a blueprint for developers and business stakeholders to follow and collaborate in the planning of web site development.
He spends most of his time drawing Wireframes and optimizing User Journeys for Corporate Intranet customers in an effort to help them design more User-Friendly Software. Rob’s high-fidelity design deliverables have helped more than 50 business partners improve their work environments with an better User Experience.
