Jeff Carr provides a methodology perspective and case study.  Jeremy Bentley discusses how SmartLogic’s Semaphore is used to ensure effective semantic analysis as input to user-centric information architectures.

Session 4: The Role of Governance in Ensuring Success
March 24, 2011 - 12:00 - 1:30 EDT

Successful migrations require building an effective governance model both for the migration and in order to manage the information framework on an on-going basis.  In this session Seth Earley speaks to the elements of an effective governance model.  He provides an overview of successful models, key challenges, and best practices to ensure success.  This session will also include a program wrap-up from Seth Earley and Toby Conrad.
