Creating Data-Driven Decision Frameworks to Increase Speed and Quality of Decisions

How do you decide which products or content to feature on your website? In many organizations, those who yell the loudest gets their products selected. Or, the group with the greatest revenue dictates how the site is organized. But is this the best way to make decisions? Seth Earley doesn't think so.
