Therefore, workflow analysis precedes automation. What human activities comprise the workflow? What sequential steps exist? Which decisions require execution? Process understanding enables assessment of agent augmentation or automation potential. Pursuing automation absent process comprehension guarantees resource waste and timeline failures.
The Comprehensive Nature of Context
